Cindi Schweitzer

Owner/ Preneed Counselor

Having a passion and love of her community, Cindi has been working with families for over 25 years with her background ranging in hospitality to funeral service. With the love and support of her husband, Adam, and her family she was able to open the doors to Integrity Funeral Services in February, 2012. Cindi has been a Preneed Counselor for 9 years and has now expanded her knowledge of funeral service into every aspect of the trade. In July 2017, Cindi further expanded her knowledge of the industry with training in Celebrant Services. “Having my staff well versed in the business is very important to serve the families that walk through our doors and this will continue as we grow and expand.” Cindi said. Adding “ I feel the families that walk through our doors are not just clients but family.” She also has been volunteering and working with the Aurora Health Care Foundation teamed up with the Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation for a number of years helping coordinate the Hope Walk, Crystal Ball, and most recently Carnival for a Cure.

Adam Schweitzer

Owner/ Soloist/ Monument Sales

While Cindi is the heart of Integrity Funeral Services, Adam is the muscle. Always willing to lend a hand to help and support Cindi and the staff at Integrity he is our “Ultimate Team Player”. Adam has had a passion for music all his life. For the past 15 years he has volunteered his time singing for his church, Community United Methodist Church in Waterford, WI, and started as our on staff soloist when the doors opened in 2012. Adam has also taken on the roll of monument sales. Using his advanced knowledge in masonry, he has been preparing and setting the foundations for our clients monuments. Once working in the funeral industry he has taken on a passion with the veterans in our community by creating various veterans memorials and gardens.

JoeDon Calhoun

Funeral Director/ Pastor

From the beginning JoeDon helped develop and build the foundation of Integrity Funeral Services with Cindi and Adam. JoeDon has a beautiful support system consisting of his wife Sarah and their two children. In 2000, JoeDon became a licensed Funeral Director and Minister, specializing in the Restorative Arts. Later becoming a Trade Embalmer. With an Associates Degree in Applied Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, JoeDon is a important asset to our staff. 

Tracey Stubbs

Funeral Director/ Trade Embalmer

Tracey has been in the funeral industry for 7 years. She served her apprenticeship with Max Sass Funeral homes and also worked for Purath Strand Funeral home. Tracey has since went out on her own as a trade embalmer. She has been a great addition to the Integrity Team with her skills with embalming and cosmetics. Tracey has been married to her husband David for 11 years and they have four children.

Brooke Schweitzer

Funeral Directors Apprentice/ Monument Sales

Brooke, the daughter of Cindi and Adam Schweitzer, has been attending MATC-Milwaukee for the past 3 years enrolled in the Funeral Science program and has been an apprentice at Integrity for 2 years. After graduating , she will become our full-time on call Funeral Director of our staff. Brooke also is licensed in cosmetology and has a vast background in hospitality. She considers funeral service an honor to be able to serve families when they need someone the most. Adding to her role, Brooke has also taken on monument sales as an emphasis here at Integrity becoming a strong asset.

Connie St. John

Accounts Payable

Connie has been with Integrity Funeral Services since 2012 after her husband, Gary, had passed away.  Reaching out to Cindi and offering her help she has been employed with us ever since. Connie has a huge heart filled with compassion and light that has filled our office with a sense of comfort and loyalty. 

Tom Roanhouse

Hospitality Director

Tom, a lifelong Waterford resident, has had a 40-year successful career in the Hospitality Industry, Events and Promotions, and in Government Service.

Roanhouse has owned, operated and/ or managed commercial recreational venues in addition to working at other bar-restaurants.

he has promoted and produced numerous multi-day charitable and for-profit events; spanning 4-days to 10-days and attended by tens of thousands of patrons.

His Government Service career started as a political Campaign Manager as he helped get elected a first-time Assembly candidate to the Wisconsin Legislature. Following that election, Roanhouse was appointed to the staff of an United States Congressman, and was administrator of two local offices.

In addition, Roanhouse has served 16 years on local Village Board, which included the last 6 years as Village President.

Currently, he is in his third year on the 21-person Racine County Board of Supervisors  and represents the Village of Waterford and portions of Rochester Village and the Town of Dover.

He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Laurie Tamblyn

Floral and Gift Design Specialist

Laurie has been a long time resedant of Rochester where she and her husband have raised 3 children. Floral design has always resonated with her and she has been in the floral industry for over 30 years. Laurie has done everything from home decor to floral arrangments. Her passion of flowers has led her to personalizing the arrangements for families, and as we all know, flowers mean so much to to people through out our lives. As a floral and gift specialist, she will work hard to create a personal expression through flowers or gift design. Her drive to express the love of your lost loved one through flowers exudes her heart with compassion and care. As you tell Laurie your story of your loved one, know she will enliven and create their journey through what Mother Nature has to offer. It is so encouraging to her to hear when people come back to express their happiness for the simple gift of flowers and what they have meant to them. She has also created some spectacular and practical baskets to personalize and comfort families on our web store, when flowers don't seem to be the right fit. Laurie enjoys gardening at home with her husband, weekend getaways, and most of all, when her family is able to make it home to be together.

Jessica Jung

Life Celebrant and After Care Services

Jessica has lived in Burlington for most of her life while being in customer service her entire career. Her desire to serve grew deeper as she unfolded her spirituality, which brought her to crave new ways to help people. For many years, she has led her churches' Childrens' Lycum as well as volunteered for Hospice and Margarette Ann's Place- a place for beraved children to grieve. Jess is also an author of 'Everlasting Love', a spiritual childrens book about grief. After her mother's passing, the funeral business awakened her drive to help people on a deeper level, which led her to become a Life Celebrant. A Celebrant is one who will listen to your stories and wishes, then create a personalized tribute that celebrates the life of your lost loved one. This can be done at a church or anywhere you prefer, as she honors any or all of your beliefs. Jessica has compassion for helping humanity and guiding others to find and fulfill their own truth, as we all have trials in many different times and ways in life. In her downtime she enjoys crafting, thrifting, wine, and time with her family.



Knox has been Integrity's mascot for all 2 years of his life. He enjoys everyone and follows his mom Brooke wherever she goes. His doscile personality is welcomed by all who meet him. Knox has many training certificates of how to be a pristine boy, but has not yet mastered how to leave a sandwich while alone in order to be certified... but he is still young!! He enjoys time with family, good rub downs, car rides, and treats. He is the go to lover whenever you are in need of a feel good friend!


Ti is a fur baby to his mama Jessica. He is ready to welcome any one who has treats! He is a rescue that was found wandering North Beach in Racine 3 years ago, and has happily found his forever home. He enjoys laying on the patio durring nice weather, car rides, chasing squirels, walks, and begging for people food. His low key demener is a plesent surprise to all who get to know him. If there is a day that isn't too busy, he is eager to join his mama at work.
