William A Janczak

William Janczak (Bill J), of Waterford, passed away Thursday, July 24th, at Oconomowoc Summit Hospital. He was born in Milwaukee on Febuary 26th, 1947, to Mary (nee: Westwood) and Benedict Janczak. Bill was a graduate of Waterford High and spent most of his life in the Tichigan Lake/Waterford area. After serving in the Army during the Vietnam war (25 July '66 to 24 July '68), he came home and earned his Bachelor of Arts from U.W Parkside. He retired from Bucyrus Erie after a successful career as a buyer.

In his free time you could find him listening to local bands and spending time with friends in the north woods or on the lake.

Bill is survived by his sister-in-law Nicki Jamczak and many, many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, stepdad Don Armes, brother David, and loving companion Peggy Barranco. In recent years he divided his time between Wisconsin and Flordia, enjoying the sunshine and warm weather.
