Thomas A. Arnold, 59, of Burlington, passed away on March 9, 2026. Born and raised in Burlington, Tom spent his entire working career with Scherrer Construction Company, where he poured and finished concrete.
Tom was an avid fisherman who loved working with his hands and fixing things. He will be remembered for his lighthearted personality and great sense of humor. He was also famously known for calling his birthday, March 30, “quitting time” (3:30).
He is survived by his mother, Janette Arnold; brother Alan Arnold; daughters Abbey Arnold and Amanda Arnold; and grandson Louie Kuse. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Arnold and brother Keith Arnold.
An open house to celebrate Thomas's life will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 3pm until time of a prayer and share at 4:50pm at Integrity Celebration Center, (2789 Browns Lake Dr., Burlington, WI 53105).
Memorial donations may be made to the City of Burlington Volunteer Firefighters Association Inc., or Fresenius Kidney Care Burlington, WI in Thomas's honor.
