Sarah E. Roth

Sarah Eve Roth, age 50, of North Prairie, Wisconsin, passed away on October 5, 2021 at Angel’s Grace Hospice in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin , after a long battle with cancer.

Sarah was born March 10, 1971, in West Allis, Wisconsin, she is the daughter of Douglas and Renee Roth (Dion).  Sarah graduated from Waterford Union High School in 1989 w/honors and perfect attendance.  Sarah went on to college at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and graduated in 1994 earning a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety.  Sarah lived in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin with her daughter Ariana until the cancer progressed.  Then she moved to North Prairie, Wisconsin with her daughter Ariana and Boyfriend Beau Kraus until she moved into Angel’s Grace Hospice in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin where Beau continued to tend and care for her.

When Sarah graduated from college, she worked at Lab Safety Supply in Janesville, Wisconsin for 13 years as a Technical Representative.  Sarah also worked at H&R Block in Janesville, Wisconsin for 4 years as a tax preparer and continued to prepare taxes for friends and family.  Sarah also owned an artistry business, Princess Specialty Gifts.  She was an artist and created kiln melted glass jewelry, votive candle holders, special occasion wine glasses, and bowls among many other items.  Sarah also worked at Culligan Water Services as a BFC Sales Representative for the past 3 years.  In addition, Sarah was also a waitress and bartender at The Rail Stop in Waterford, Wisconsin, Brewfinity in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin and Fat Boyz in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.

Sarah held many titles over the years, such as sales consultant, technical representative, bartender, waitress, tax preparer, dancer, artist, professional model, and writer.  She loved family camping in the summer and taking photographs of nature and fun moments with family and friends.  She would create photo albums for family and friends as gifts which included a compilation of photos she would take at every family function and camping trip.  Sarah belonged to the 5, 6, 7, 8 Dance Studio in Janesville, Wisconsin performing twice a year with her dance group.  She also did some professional modeling at one time and was an extra in the stands for the movie Mr. 3000 filmed at Miller Park Stadium in 2004.  

Sarah was also a member of Faith Community Church in Janesville, Wisconsin and was a member of the worship team and dance team.  She played keyboard and sang during morning worship.

Sarah is survived by her daughter, Ariana Roth-Aguilar, her parents, Douglas and Renee Roth (Dion), her sister, Joyann (David) Calmes, niece, Kathleen (Timm) Byrne, and nephew, Keegan Calmes (Kelsey Hisek), great niece, Riley Sievers, and great nephews, Kash and Jax Byrne, and cousins Eric (Heather) Dulay, Rena (Scott) Novak, Rhonda (Dave) Clark, and Sandi Kirchen in addition to many other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Sarah was preceded in death by her grandparents Walter and Ann Roth, Russell and Joyce Dion, and her aunt Pamela Roberts.

A Celebration of Sarah’s life will take place on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Integrity Celebration Center located at 2789 Browns Lake Drive, Burlington, Wisconsin.  An open house visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:50 am, concluding with a 12:00 pm memorial service and dinner afterwards.
