Ronald R. Schilling

Ronald Robert Schilling, 89 years old, was set free from the constraints of an ailing mind and body on May 3rd, 2026.

He was born on April 8th, 1937, and was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Flora Schilling; his siblings, Lillian, Rose, Marilyn, Jean, Hank, Don, Bob, Kenny, Jack, and Pete; and his grandsons, Joshua and Jonathon.

He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Schilling (née Strobel); his children, Jackie (Mike), Ronnie (Beth), Patty, and Dave; his grandchildren, Heather, Robert, Kenny, Laura, Ronnie, Nathan, Matt, Melissa, John, Catherine, Samantha, Chris, Kody, Chad, and Shawna; as well as many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Whatever we may have called you, to us, you were an exceptionally wonderful man. Caring, giving, dependable, always doing for others, and expecting very little in return. You were the ultimate Jack of all trades and, without a doubt, the master of MANY of them. If something needed fixing, you were the person to call. Our only solace is in knowing that your mind and body are finally free, that you are now at peace, hopefully reunited with your parents, siblings, grandsons, and other family and friends who preceded you in death. Maybe you are playing cards, fishing, or at the casino. Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, remember how much we love you, how much we miss you, and how happy we are for you that you are finally free and at peace.

An open house celebration of Ronald’s life will be held on June 6th, 2026, beginning at 3:00 pm until 5:45 pm at Integrity Celebration Center, (2789 Browns Lake Dr., Burlington, WI 53105).
