Richard "Dick" Williams, age 88, of Waterford, Wisconsin, formerly of Cable, Wisconsin, passed away on July 26th, 2026.
Dick was born on June 30, 1938, to the late Gordon S. and Virginia Williams. He was united in marriage to Marjorie "Ruth" Herndon of Linn, Missouri, on May 25, 1963. Dick attended Utah State University and the Community College of the Air Force.
Dick proudly served in the United States Air Force, completing assignments at numerous stateside and overseas locations before retiring with the rank of Master Sergeant. Following his military career, he worked for McDonnell Douglas Aircraft in Saudi Arabia as the Safety Manager for an F-15 fighter squadron. He was also a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor. Prior to his retirement, Dick owned and operated Alpine Resort on Lake Owen in Cable, Wisconsin.
He is survived by his beloved wife, one son, and two grandchildren, all of Waterford, Wisconsin.
In accordance with his wishes, Dick will be interred at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, Wisconsin, at a later date.
