Patrick Warren Lois

Patrick Warren Lois, age 57, of Burlington, passed away on June 21, 2025, at his home.

Pat was born on March 13, 1968, in Burlington, to Jerome C. and M. Norene (David) Lois. He lived in Burlington for most of his life, aside from two years in Madison while earning his degree in Machine Tool Technics from Madison Area Technical College in 1989, and a few years afterward working as a machinist in Northwestern Wisconsin. Upon returning to the Burlington area, Pat continued his career and enjoyed being an active member of the Burlington Lions Club, where he volunteered for many years as a Lions Clown in parades and worked in the Lions tent.  Pat loved to help anyone he could with his whole heart, strength, and big truck and trailer.   

Patrick is survived by his siblings: Steve (Kate) Lois, Kathy (John) Seitz, Dave (Andrea Deau) Lois, Joe (Julie) Lois, and Kris (Bert) Briggs. He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews, as well as several grand-nieces and grand-nephews, all of whom he adored and loved to watch grow and play. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph and Regina (Weber) Lois and J. Warren and Catherine (Roter) David; his parents; his godparents, Richard Lois and Judi (Ludwig) David; and his grand-nephew, Vincent.

Per Pat’s wishes, he will be cremated, and his final trip will be to his favorite vacation and hunting spot in Barnes, Wisconsin, so he can always be among his best memories and hunting buddies.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local Lions Club or a charity of your choice in Pat’s memory.

A celebration of Patrick's life will be held on Sunday, July 27th, 2025, at the  Cotton Exchange’s Plantation Room, (345 Hickory Hollow Rd., Waterford, WI 53185), from 1 pm until 5 pm, with a prayer and share at 2 pm.
