Myron "Mike" R. Datka

Myron “Mike” Robert Datka 50, died October 25th, 2021 at his home in Franksville, WI. He had cancer for over 11 years but he wanted everyone to know that the cancer was a blessing, it brought everyone he encountered closer to God.

Mike was born June 29th, 1971 in Milwaukee, WI to Robert G. and Patricia M. Datka. He married Gail on September 19th, 2009.They had four children together: Tanner R. Datka, Connor M. Datka, Samantha J. Datka and Shelby R. Wroblewski.

Mike was very intelligent, he was a welder and worked over the road. He had a very strong work ethic and became one of the owners of the company he was with. Then went into business for himself and maintained several companies. He enjoyed inventing and making things. He also was very involved with the Catholic church and mens prayer groups. He was always there to help someone. He will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and the community that he served.

A visitation will be held at St. Clare Catholic Church (7616 Fritz St. Wind Lake, WI 53185) from 9:30am until the time of services at 11:45am on Tuesday  November 2nd, 2021. Mike will be laid to rest at Saint Martin of Tours Cemetery( 7963 S. 116th St. Franklin, Wi 53132) at 2:00pm.
