Linda M. Schmidt (nee Mitchell) age 77 passed away on September 10th, 2021, at Oak Ridge Care Center in Union Grove, WI.

Linda was born April 19th, 1944, to Joe and Dorothy (nee Silvernail) Mitchell in Janesville, WI. She married the love of her life Albert Schmidt on March 3rd, 1963; and they were married over 57 years, majority of those years they resided in Burlington, WI. They were members of Cross Lutheran Church for over 53 years.

Linda loved crocheting and knitting; she particularly loved sharing her gift by making hats and mittens for those in need and donating countless sets to Love Inc for over 15 years. Linda loved spending time with Albert, they spent may miles traveling for gambling getaways.

Linda loved her family, and she will be dearly missed by her husband Albert, her daughter Christine (Michael) Lois, her grandson Michael (Kathleen Dunn) Lois, and her great grandson Oliver Lois.

Linda was proceeded in death by her parents, her son Albert Jr., her brother David Mitchell, and her sisters Delores Vena and Carol Pawlaczyk.

A celebration of Linda's life will take place on Thursday September 16th, 2021, at Integrity Celebrations Center. Visitation will be from 10:30am to 11:15am, with a 11:30am memorial service followed by a luncheon. Linda will be laid to rest at Burlington Cemetery at 2:00pm.
