Kathleen F. (Rechlicz) Hartwick

Kathleen F. Hartwick (Nee: Rechlicz), age 78, passed away February 15th, 2022 at Oak Park Place in Burlington, WI.

Kathleen was born May 4th, 1943 to the late Raymond and Sophie (Serdynski) Rechlicz in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. February 5th, 1982 Kathleen married the love of her life William “Bill” Hartwick Jr. Kathleen was a dedicated bakery attendant at Kohl’s Food Store for 28 years.  She was a fun-loving ball of energy and loved to cook, clean, and planting flowers.  Kathleen was an avid bowler for many years.  She also enjoyed playing cards and different board games. Kathleen and William shared many adventures around the world from close to home places like Green Bay and St. Germain Wisconsin all the way to L.A, Alaska, Paris, Milan, and many more. Many family vacations up to Northern Wisconsin, were some of Kathleen’s fondest memories.  Spending time with her family is when Kathleen was the happiest. 

Kathleen will be dearly missed by  her children Jay (Alicia) Bonczkowski and Amy Atkinson, grandchildren Jaime (Jessie) Bonczkowski, Shannon (Shane) Harris, and Courtney Atkinson, as well as her great grandchildren Camden, Cambrie, and Camberlin Harris. Kathleen is further survived by her sister Cindy Faller, her brother-in-law Ron (Lisa) Hartwick, and her nephews Billy and Ryan.

A celebration of Kathleen's life will take place on March 19th, 2022 at Integrity Celebrations Center (2789 Browns Lake Drive Burlington, WI). Visitation from 12:00pm to 1:45pm, followed by a 2pm memorial service. The Family requests casual attire, especially Packer gear in honor of Kathleen's Packer pride!
