Obituary
James Robert Schoewe, 71, of Waterford, WI was peacefully born to eternal life on June 16th, 2022, in the comfort of his home. Born to Rudolph and Dolores (née Burke) Schoewe on June 3rd, 1951, James was the third of eleven children. Fondly known as Uncle Chocolate by the youngest nieces and nephews, and as a mentor and friend to the oldest, James spent his life working to beautify homes and bring smiles and laughter to all.
He is survived by daughters Jamie (Kevin) Reidy and Jessica (Macario) Mora, grandchildren Dominic Reidy, Ofelia, Macario, Coraline, and Everleigh Mora, Mother Dolores, brothers Rudolph (Laurie), Thomas, and Richard (Karen), sisters Mary (Ron) Faulhaber, Karen (Paul) Keeble, Annette Moore, Lisa (Adam) Garcia, and dozens of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
James is preceded in death by his father Rudolph, brothers John (Gail) and Edward, and sister Donna.
A memorial service mass will be held in sweet home of Chicago on Saturday July 9th, 2022, 11 AM, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, (5212 W. Agatite Ave., Chicago, IL 60630). A celebration reception to follow at the residence Dolores, (5017 W. Pensacola Ave., Chicago, IL 60641).
