Herbert B. Norton Sr.

Herbert B. Norton Sr., age 87 of Burlington, WI passed away on December 6, 2024, at Aurora Medical Center in Burlington.

Herb was born on November 23, 1937, in Boone Grove, IN. He was the son of Herbert and Pearl (nee Hawk) Norton. On October 17, 1959, in Valparaiso, IN., he was united in marriage to Mary Ann Hall.

Hebert drove trucks for Thermogas for 19 years. He was a member of Burlington 1st Church of the Nazarene. He loved his family.

Herbert is survived by his wife, Mary Ann (nee Hall); children, Kathy (Paul) Caldwell, H. Brian (Debbie) Norton; grandchildren, Danielle Norton, Jacob Caldwell, Morgan (Tom) Ertl, Stuart Caldwell; great grandchildren, Rowen, Ryker, Ridge, Remie; and siblings, Josephine (Ed) Trimmer, Joe (Beverly) Norton, Harry (Winn) Norton. He was preceded in death by parents, Herbert and Pearl Norton; son, Terry Lee; sister, Suzy Hunt.

Services for Herb will take place on Friday, December 27, 2024, at Burlington 1st Church of the Nazarene (100 E Jefferson, Burlington, WI). Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 10:00 am - 10:50 am followed by a service with Rev. Paul W. Caldwell officiating. Burial will take place at a later date.
