Charles K. Thompson, 52, passed away into eternal life on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
Charles was born on April 25, 1973 in Oak Park, Illinois. He married Jennifer M. Elblein on Oct. 25, 1997.
Charles is survived by his wife, Jennifer, and his children Whitney (Tucker) Larson and Kylee (Dylan) Conrad. Chuck was deeply loved by his grandchildren, Eleanor and Walker. He is also survived by his mother, Susan Thompson and his sister, Jill Thompson. Chuck was loved by so many friends, nieces, nephews and extended family.
Chuck was an avid out-doorsman. He loved hunting, fishing, ice fishing, and UTV-ing with his wife. He also loved spending time with his beloved family -- especially helping his daughters with their home improvement projects. Chuck was extremely passionate about this career as a recycling truck driver. He worked in the profession for over 30 years and made so many dear friends along the way.
His entire family misses him deeply. He was the best husband, father and grandfather. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 20th, from 1:30pm to 4pm at Integrity Celebration Center (2789 Browns Lake Dr. Burlington, WI 53105).
