John was my first boss when both of us worked for Carl Backlin at B&I Mfg. in Burlington. Fall of 1961. He was a first class guy then and remained that way til his death. Rest in peace John.

John was a great neighbor. I can remember as a kid, watching John walk down the driveway and running through the house all excited "John's coming!" He and Dad would sit on the front porch bench and talk for what seemed like forever. He will be missed. My condolences to the family.

I am sorry to hear of John's passing. He was a great man and loved by many. There are things in my childhood that would never be the same without him in them. He made many memories that will keep his spirit alive until we meet again. He is resting in peace with all the loved ones who have gone before. We will see him again someday.
